Dr. Loretta Johnson-Smith(she/her) is a wife, mom, professor, and STEM-enthusiast. She is also the author of First Black Girl: Black Women Who Opened the Door for Black Girls, a children's book that highlights the achievements of pioneering Black women --inspiring young readers to see themselves as future leaders and innovators.
Project: Black Parents + AI Resources (Black PAIR)
Black PAIR is a collaborative space designed to empower Black families --enhancing their knowledge, skills, and confidence in navigating AI. We aim to create a supportive community where parents can share experiences, learn together, and develop practical strategies to challenge biases and protect Black children in digital spaces.
