Maya Mosley-Katakanga

Maya Mosley-Katakanga (she/they) is a Bay Area native with deep Southern roots that have shaped her sense of community and belonging. Through her own healing journey and years of community building, Maya has grown into a grounded and intentional parent to a teenager, learning to honor her child's unique needs while carving out space for her own self-care and personal growth.

Project:‍ Healing the Constellation creates space for members of the constellation experience loss directly and/or hold space for the losses of those they love. When given opportunities to gather in community, they are able to support one another in healing — tending to grief together, so no one has to carry it alone.
